The brainchild of Joe Jones (former frontman of the Janice Graham Band) White Boy is the latest indie sensation to burst out of the Manchester underground. After two XFM play-listed singles (including a storming cover of David Essex's "Rock On"), two sell out debut shows in Manchester and a rapturously received set at Isle Of White festival, White Boy release their debut album "Glitoris". Recorded at United Estates Of Wythenshawe and released on Eastern State Music, this is a short, sharp shock to the scenesters clogging up the scene. No wonder it's Mani's new favourite band.
